@yxwvutt, Apologies for the delay. I'm not sure on the the exact cause of the error you shared, however we've made substantial updates to the repository that will hopefully solve the issue. We created run_training_and_design.ipynb to run back-to-back model training and sequence design that I hope will be a useful reference to fix your problem. Additionally, we've broken down the sequence generation steps in run_generators.ipynb which can help you work with the components interactively and better determine the breaking point.

w.r.t. AdaLead, it's not in sync with the rest of the generator's requirements, it just slipped through the cracks. This was an oversight that we'll address soon. If you have a model_artifact and notebooks are an option, try the run_generators.ipynb
