Need to update search endpoint about npm-keyword HOT 8 CLOSED

mhmm. the npms.io API search endpoint also has a size limit of 250 🙈

size	string	The total number of results to return (max of 250)

Not that problematic. If a user searches for something that has more results they will have problems to get through a list of 250. So I guess there is no need to show them more.

Would include syntactic changes and getting rid if pinkie-promise.
