Hello,
The nuget package "SimpleIdServer.Scim.Persistence.EF" has not been published because it's has not been tested yet.
We are going to test it and publish it as soon as possible, meanwhile you can use the library "SimpleIdServer.Scim.Persistence.EF" and follow the steps below :
- Create an empty project.
- Install the SCIM nuget package.
- Reference the library "SimpleIdServer.Scim.Persistence.EF".
- Install the nuget package "Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.SqlServer" and configure the connection string in the Startup / Program file.

The nuget package has been published : "https://www.nuget.org/packages/SimpleIdServer.Scim.Persistence.EF".
You can follow the tutorial "https://simpleidserver.readthedocs.io/en/latest/persistence/entityframework-scim.html" to configure and install the package.
