Make dark mode the default about sights HOT 1 OPEN

There are two ways to do this.

One is to apply sights.dark.css automatically. This is probably easier, but it's a bit of an anti-pattern to have the default theme not implemented as the default theme.

The other, better long-term solution would be to rewrite sights.dark.css as sights.light.css by moving the dark theme CSS to sights.style.css and the light theme CSS to the new sights.light.css.

To do this, all you'd have to do is:

• Rename sights.dark.css
• Change data-theme from "dark" to "light"
• Swap equivalent chunks of CSS between sights.style.css and your new sights.light.css
• Update the theme toggle logic to use data-theme "light" in sights.interface.js, currently at line 216
