More details (that probably aren't helpful). I put a breakpoint on that line when the reader.Level > 50. The entire RTF text is 9244 characters (but remember there is something inline, and I"m not sure how that is used in this Load function).
At level == 51, the following values were for the reader:
reader.TokenCount = 1650;
reader.InnerReader._length = 132534
reader.InnerReader._pos = 43071
reader.LastToken.Key = lots of crazy stuff
When I hit continue, reader.Level = 52 and reader.InnerReader._pos = 43082
from msgreader.
I added work-around right before the Load():
if (reader.Level > 75) throw new exception("Stack too deep");
from msgreader.
