Mix of help file encodings within a language about neobundle.vim HOT 9 CLOSED

This is not neobundle bug.
It is just the tagfile error.

Current vim-devicons file has some of Unicode characters.
I think it is the problem.

Note: You should create minimal vimrc.
You should check encodings.

vim-plug does not merge the plugins.
If the plugin is only vim-devicons, no error.

vim-devicons documentation header has multibyte hyphen character. It is invalid.

You should report it in vim-devicons issues. It should be fixed.
