Also, another issue is can't boot system with iGPU but using GPU0 I can boot normally no issue with that. os VDA decoder shows failed in Hackintosh tool

Looks like the Memory tab in the About This Mac dialogue only shows up if the computer has user-upgradable memory, which the iMac19,1 model does support. You can fix this issue and restore the Memory tab by changing the PlatformFeature value on the SMBIOS tab of Clover Configurator from 0x22 to 0x22. I'm not sure if this was intentional or just a bug in the model selector configuration.

I'll be updating my guide with the proper value for the PlatformFeature parameter.

My guide enables the iGPU in headless mode and can't be used for booting. You'll need to identify the correct value for the AAPL,ig-platform-id key that allows for full iGPU use with your specific CPU. This is also likely why VDA Decoding is not supported by your build, you have an i5-8400, which has a different iGPU device ID (0x3E92) than the i7-9700k in my system (0x3E98).
