eveluate OpenBadges (from Mozilla) about sharetribe HOT 5 CLOSED

@Kusti @gnomet have you taken a look at OpenBadges by any chance? i've brought this topic in OuiShare Europe group this morning :)

@elf-pavlik yeah I think I've seen those before (I think they were presented in OuiShare Europe group earlier too), but haven't found time yet to put effort into thinking how they could/should be implemented in Sharetribe. Ideas are welcome. :)

i would just look into making your current badges valid Open Badges so people can pull them into their backpacks... as well as making possible to display in a profile any other Open Badges using its Displayer API... this way in my sharetribe profiles i could for example have badge 'OuiShare Connector' or 'hackers4peace core team' or whatever other people might like to recognize...

also it already should give strong foundation for badges to work across tribes hosted on different instances :)

This could be a good step to more open an interoperable direction. However, the badges section is clearly less critical at this point, so as you said in low priority this should be checked out at some point.
