The service from dpkg isn't working, even if you tweak it to run /usr/local/bin/certbot instead. It hangs waiting for systemd-tty-ask-password-agent.

To get the lab working again temporarily (90 days), I had to sudo killall certbot and sudo rm /var/log/letsencrypt/.certbot.lock /var/lib/letsencrypt/.certbot.lock /etc/letsencrypt/.certbot.lock, then sudo /usr/local/bin/certbot renew.

The shaka-lab-certs package shouldn't depend on certbot from dpkg, and in fact, should probably be updated to conflict with it. We could bundle certbot and necessary plugins instead.

We don't use certbot-dns-google-domains any more.
