Update SDK Version about socialapp-react-native HOT 4 CLOSED

hey!
I am trying to make the app work and I have the same problem but with version 40. I can understand how to fix this and make the app work, any chance for help please?

Run expo upgrade in your project directory (requires the latest version of expo-cli, you can update with npm i -g expo-cli).

It works and now the expo is installing the app!
but now I get a differnt error:

From SDK 37 to the latest SDK i.e. 43 there must be depreciations in some apis including the notifications api.

Also Please check the link that i shared in the previous comment above if required because there might be some more changes/depreciations in other apis by expo.
