Compatibility with collection2 / simple schema about meteor-collection-behaviours HOT 3 OPEN

@chmac, I made a package based on this one, only have support for timestampable and softRemovable but I have support for simple-schema/collection2/autoform

I came across another issue with collection2 / simple schema. When using softRemovable(), the schema must have the removed and removedAt fields, and they have to allow types Boolean and Number for the soft deletes to succeed.

Not sure if Meteor's APIs are sophisticated enough to allow collection-behaviours and collection2 to play nicely together. Adding the removed meta fields to the schema seems like a hack to me. I'd much rather be able to deny any writes to the removed and removedAt fields with my schema, but allow them when being set by a behaviour.

If you want to point me in the right direction I can try to figure some of this stuff out and send a pull request...
