These three files of python scripts related to each other and they used for scoring target language with the language model and then normalizing them, just you need to add your binary file eng-wiki.kenlm inside scripts folder, then they will work automatically.

They shouldn't rely on hardcoded filenames. Also, make the names of the scripts more explanatory. Also, kenlm.pyx looks like it is a generated file in kenlm. That should not be bundled.
