On the deprecate asset modal, the dropdown that allows you to select the asset that will replace the deprecated asset is not populating, and the modal can't be closed.

To reproduce:
- Open an asset you own or have management rights on
- Under the "Manage Asset" dropdown, select "Deprecate"
- Attempt to select an asset from the dropdown on the modal. The dropdown is empty.
