Optimize HTML about telescope HOT 15 CLOSED

#9 has been updated with latest changes from master & re-based. please some time to review.
the requirements/decisions to enhance the basic HTML file to .hbs or .pug can be captured in a follow-up issue.

I will be adding a channel to slack named "DPS909-Tele-FE" @cagomezr @lucacataldo @Reza-Rajabi @ragnarokatz feel free to join it. And we can discuss this further. I've read up on both .pug and .hbs, is there a reason why we should use either one, as opposed to containerizing the FE with REACT/Angular?

@Reza-Rajabi As of right now, we don't have any front-end to work with at all, #5 doesn't have a PR. I might actually containerize the whole thing, so people who are interested in the front-end aspect of it can work simultaneously.

@ODAVING Thank you Sina (jan). I thought that could be something you would like to consider. I think #5 has a PR, but it was not approved, reviewed or finalized. That meant to be a starting point, so maybe improving it to a .hbs or .pug could be an option.

In the front end area do we have a folder/ route structure to work on yet?

Up to you. I suggest holding one issue for each task in the project.
