Add support for tab-focus on single-select about select2 HOT 5 CLOSED

this is how it should already work.

in the demo page focus on the first unenhanced select box and make a selection. now press tab. the select2 box below it will now have focus - blue highlight visible. if you press something on the keyboard it will open the search.

On chrome for mac it skips from the unenhanced box to the multiselect box. The first chosen box on the page is never opened or highlighted. This is the case for every single select on the demo page.

that may be a bug in chrome on mac, because in chrome on windows it works just fine :/

the element that should get the highlight is just an anchor tag. it is visible. i dont see why it would skip...

I have the same problem as ProLoser in Firefox, Safari, and Opera on Mac. I am tabbing thru http://ivaynberg.github.com/select2/. It works in Chrome tho. A simple work around would be make the developer put a z-index on the select box trying to duplicate, then copy the z-index. (http://jamielottering.github.com/DropKick/ does it??). This working in every browser is very important to my client. Keyboard tabbing is very important!
