@seksea this only happens while injected though. same shit happens with osiris and it has also been said in a report in there that it only occurs when injected

I too used to have this/an extremely similar issue for a few months, happened for me when not injected too though. Although mine just fixed itself randomly about a month ago. Are you 100% sure it only happens when injected?

Yes, happens only while injected.
I have, however, found a janky workaround, however it seems to fix said issue; simply adding
LC_ALL=C LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SDL_AUDIODRIVER=pulse %command%
to the launch options of CS:GO in Steam works (at least for now, I have noticed no issues).
