The "stay_on_host" parameter is ignored in the GUIFuzzer .

Describe the bug
The delay after clicks, checks or fills is created, but never awaited. This stays often unnoticed, since selenium automatically waits until the page is loaded.

The restart() method of the GUICoverageFuzzer uses no delay.

Expected behavior
The execution should wait like it is done in the runner after a click.

The following snippet is used to find a suitable identifier for a input-element:

class GUIGrammarMiner(GUIGrammarMiner):
    def mine_input_element_actions(self):
        actions = set()

        for elem in self.driver.find_elements_by_tag_name("input"):
            try:
                input_type = elem.get_attribute("type")
                input_name = elem.get_attribute("name")
                if input_name is None:
                    input_name = elem.text

                if input_type in ["checkbox", "radio"]:
                    actions.add("check('%s', <boolean>)" % html.escape(input_name))
                ...
            except StaleElementReferenceException:
                pass

        return actions

The .text attribute is retrieved for later use with find_by_link_text despite the fact that this method searches only for anchor elements.

Describe the bug
The GUIFuzzer fails to click on input elements which don't have a name.
