需要细化需求：希望将指令前缀加在哪里？

目前想到的可能性：

  1. 加在最外层，与 items 和 version 平级；在导出时添加当时的所有前缀。
  2. 加在每一条指令处，与 message 同级，在记录时添加本条指令匹配到的前缀。

item 本就有 CommandInfo 字段，但是现在导出时为 null ，如果实装这个字段话，指令前缀最好包含其中。
