yes, that's true. For now, I just focused on the parser itself, but these features are welcome. Do you want to propose a PR?

I'm not sure to know enough about bibtexparser module and its internal organization to submit a PR which will be easily integrated.

However, I made some hack for one of my script.

I compiled the relevant functions in a single one in this gist : https://gist.github.com/Phyks/11319857

This function should take a bibtexparser object as argument, and will return a bibtex string. I know it should work for @Article and @book which I needed, but I don't know enough of Bibtex to be sure it is fully functional.
