Support for nested fields in conditional expressions about scanamo HOT 3 CLOSED

Thanks for unifying the attribute naming system, I stumbled upon this when looked into it myself.
However, the fix seems incomplete. Equality in nested conditions doesn't work because of missing conversion from (AttributeName, V) tuple to ConditionExpression.

table.given('nested \ 'i -> 0).update('id -> id, set('nested \ 'i -> 42))

fails to compile with

Error:(29, 15) could not find implicit value for evidence parameter of type com.gu.scanamo.query.ConditionExpression[(com.gu.scanamo.query.AttributeName, Int)]
        .given('nested \ 'i -> 0)

Thanks, I'll try and take a look, but might be a bit slower than normal due to changing jobs.
