Could you explain how you imagine your improved workflow in more detail? How would you expect the "move to next node"-action to behave on a branch point?

Hi-- Sorry, I could have been more clear. Here's how I imagined it. Looking at the tree diagram, you could move up and down along a single branch in this "tree moving mode." To enter the mode you hold down the tab key, and then your active node is highlighted on the tree. Then you press the up and down keys to be able to jump to the next node above and below. At branch points, the arrow keys would function to toggle between which branch you intend to follow further. That way it would be easier to scan along the tree to find a point of interest.
