Checklist for release v2.1.0 about httpi HOT 7 CLOSED

not sure why #91 and #92 are still open, but i added them to the v2.1.0 milestone because i think they're ready.
#88 looks as if something's missing. the status of #90 seems unclear. hope you can shed some light on those.
and #87 should be resolved as well, right?

could you let me know which tickets you think are ready to be released?

#91 and #92 ready to release.
#90 should be easy to fix. The problem is: net_http adapter don't support digest auth and we have to alert user. In this case we should raise a NotImplementedError or something like this.

Suggestions to next release:

• #88 bug on em-httprequest adapter. The options open_timeout and read_timeout have to be set on adapter initialize to works. This need some time to make a test case, the solution is simple.
• #87 My contribution (to support 1.8.7) on rubyntlm is already released on http://rubygems.org/gems/rubyntlm, the problem is a strange error that raises on tests and something about HEAD request (is on PR).
