It looks like I need to figure out some way to get the signal and noise values from the SNR estimator in sdpsk_demod and psk_demod to the JSON output in inmarsat_aero_parser.

I've got a sort of workaround by modifying the demodulator to add the signal level to module_stats and then hitting the HTTP API to get the level. This requires the station IDs and VFO names to be set to the same value to match up which signal level goes with which message.
