How to cut video exactly where we want? about mp4parser HOT 2 OPEN

You have to re-encode at least a part of the video. On modern Androids you
should have access to the encoder. What I would do:

• Identify the GOP that contains the desired start frame
• Decode and reencode only from the desired start frame
• append all GOPs that are completely within the desired time
• Decode the GOP that contains the final sample and re-encode to the
  desired last sample

This should be the quickest and most battery saving variant

I understand that position, where we will cut the video, must be the begin
of an Iframe. But how should we do if Iframe interval is 10 seconds? What
should we do if we want to crop the first 6 seconds of video?
