Yeah, known problem. We really need to do the fancy thing where both bars scroll together unless one is already scrolled all the way, in which case it stops but the other keeps scrolling. But that'll take some work to implement.

Yeah, I can confirm this is a bug. I made a new html-css label as a reminder to myself of the mindset I'll have to be in when fixing it (if I'll be the one to fix it).

Looks like this is a non-issue in the new UI. Both .grain-list and .navbar-grains have overflow-y set to auto.
