Hi,
you can do this :
method 1 :
npm install -g npm-check-updates
ncu -u
npm install

method 2 :
npm outdated
npm update

from nextui-dashboard.

This issue appear when I'm using yarn install and yarn dev. But when i'm using npm run install and npm run dev on first clone, it works without issue

from nextui-dashboard.
