Update sampgdk about samp-streamer-plugin HOT 4 CLOSED

Idea: What would be, if you wouldn't complie samp gdk into streamer plugin and you would use dynamic library form (.dll)

Once Zeex said, more plugins can use same library at once in shared dll form, so if plugins would work in this way, then update would be easier to everybody. Wouldn't need to recompile every plugin, which use sampgdk, only replace that shared .dll in server(?) directory.

I would support this with YSF, if you would support, it would be very good.

@kurta999: I think some hosts don't allow uploading any extra files (besides gamemodes or filterscripts), so this might not work well for everyone. I don't really like the idea of any extra dependencies anyway. Granted, this might solve a lot of the problems.

I've read that some people are having conflicts with callbacks in other plugins and sampgdk, particularly the MySQL plugin, for some reason. Does the latest version of sampgdk fix this too?

As far as I know, yes. The new hooking system should have fixed this. But I think there have been a fair few issues since the latest release, but these were fixed already on the master branch
