Not sure what you are asking, the english.xml should contain the master copy of ids, If you have any specific translations that are missing let me know.

@sabrogden I have a question about the translation files. Will the translation files update with the source string file (English.xml)? It seems that some translation files are missing some strings. Or this should be fixed by translators?
For example, the following strings:
