Add `X-RWOverdijk-AssetManager` header about assetmanager HOT 4 CLOSED

I say, go for it. But make it optional, it's not a big deal to have it there but if at one point someone finds an exploit, it will be easy to identify users otherwise (disable by default). If you could PR this that would be awesome!

I've thought about this, and I will not be adding the header. Because we have a clean way of handling assets, the user is capable of adding headers to the response. This way, we won't have to implement a debug=true and the user may still add the header as they wish.

I can still see the response headers by checking if PHP exposes itself. Guess that's enough.
