I feel like this sort of comment should have gone into #35 when we did the restructuring. I don't have any strong feelings about this. I'm not opposed to just adding setters on all the non-builder structures. I'm not personally worried about the duplication of fields between the builders and non-builders. I'd wait for @PhnxRbrn to chime in before making any changes

Yeah, I agree this is probably something I should have thought of before we merged #35. After thinking about this issue I think the easiest solution would be to simply add a constructor to each of the builder methods that takes a non-builder object.

@jameshurst Personally I would prefer to keep the builder methods and add a constructor to consume the non-builder object as you mentioned in your last comment.
