@带刀 change事件BUG about mass-framework HOT 2 CLOSED

经调查，在FF下

 })

相当于

 $.require("ready,event",function(){
                $( '#inputBox' ).delegate( "input",'change', function(e){
                    console.log( 'changed1' );
                });
            })

相当于

 $.require("ready,event",function(){
                $( '#inputBox' ).on( 'change', function(e){
                    console.log( 'changed1' );
                });
            })

from mass-framework.

非表单元素也是可以绑定change事件的 但是触发就是其子表单元素
event_fix中eventApader的change更改为这样就一致了
