Time attack should be fixed in master, but I was able to replicate the dev menu Sonic sprites recently.

actually wait, this may be fixed in master due to the recent 24 sheet fix, but i'll keep it up for now

this is not just time attack btw, same bug can happen by just loading into a level (running on latest master)

Forgot about this honestly: just saw it when closing a similar bug. As I said in #74 (of which I'll be closing now), this still occurs in latest master.
