I don’t think these programs are guaranteed to work on Windows XP. The course material here is listed to work with Windows 7, but the book they follow in the class (PMA) has XP “malware”.

@neil-orans thank you for your response but the picture above displays my issue. I have tried what you suggested but i doubt that has anything to do with that error.
