Feature: Join notifications about beatsaberserverbrowser HOT 3 CLOSED

I think this can work, I've been playing around with a subtle animated notification @ aad2e11:

Still a work in progress but for join notifications or other social features in the future this is a nice addition I think.

2793545 adds basic join/leave notifications. I've been testing with it, and it's actually a really nice feature, for both quick and custom games.

A few more fixes and tweaks are needed before this is where I want it to be:

• Fix or hide player limit in notification text: looks like clients always see zero, only host sees correct number?
• Different notification colors: so they're easy to distinguish in a game, usually no time to read them
• Notification icons: better icons -- could we do player avatars via Steam/Oculus?
• Unity canvas errors: I think this might be a base game issue, but need to double check that we aren't causing it
• Preference toggle switch: add notification toggle option in the modifiers tab in any multiplayer game including quick play
