Rownames error using ebirdfreq about rebird HOT 3 CLOSED

Apologies - missed that

The error happens when settings row names at the following line, because the output of tbl_df() (which, btw, is deprecated and should be replaced by as_tibble()) only has 2 columns when we are trying to set the names for a lot more.

names(freq) <- c("comName", vapply(month.name, paste, FUN.VALUE = character(4), 
                                     1:4, sep = "-"))

It seems that what is returned by these lines is misformated:

  freq <- tbl_df(read.delim(text = asChar, skip = 12, 
                            stringsAsFactors = FALSE)[,-50])

Is there a reason why we are not getting a JSON here but an html page?
