Why are the panels used in game set to take up the whole screen according to the code? about rocketresourcerace HOT 7 CLOSED

The panels are scaled later so this is just a placeholder for when they are created. This confused me too!

So does this mean that we should not be using GUIScale in that constructor. Or is that not the reason for the scaling being done later?

Those values are overridden later in the code for party management and land management so it won’t make a difference what goes width height x y parameters in those constructors
