Failed compile about easygui HOT 4 CLOSED

Could you explain a bit more what you are trying to do? If you just want to use easygui, its best to use pip to get it:
pip install --upgrade easygui
from your command line.

Having the same issue on a win 7 installation. Using pip install does the same.

Erasing the content of the init.py file and using from easygui import easygui removes the nameerror.

I recommend close, saw your comment on sourceforge http://sourceforge.net/p/easygui/bugs/15/#3026 which addresses this issue.

thanks. i decided to create a new build and upload 0.97.4 I hope this will now work out-of-the-box
