I uploaded the latest build to Nuget. I am open to automating this process, if there is a convenient way to do it.

I can help with this by setting up a build on the codebetter teamcity
server. I usually auto publish to a myget feed and then publish the package
to the public nuget feed when a package is ready for release.

Does that sound ok with you?
