I like this idea. @zlsa seemed to have some ideas about how the HTML should be structured, but I'm open for anything.

Over the top of my head
- Indentation, soft tabs
- Semantic elements for html
- jscs, for backend. If we go with node & express
- linters for all, enforce using grunt
- githooks to check all the above

I think there is still a bit more to go into the style guide, as well as making sure everyone is following development guide as best as possible. So far everyone is doing a great job. Lets keep this issue open as a reminder.
