For historic purpose - I ran the test on a non-MMX Pentium 120 and the results are identical. This is the cpu information:

  # model : 2
  # model name : Pentium 75 - 200
  # stepping : 6
  # cpu MHz : 121.702

Ok very interesting. I will have to check if I can make sense of this. Though I must say I do expect more output. Only 120-200 lines is very little.

I just have to apologise in advance because this may take a while. As currently I just am very busy with other things.

Well I should have red the manual:

Legacy systems
For scanning much older systems (i586 class processors, low memory systems), pass the --low-mem flag to the sifter and the -N flag to the injector:

sudo ./sifter.py --unk --dis --len --sync --tick --low-mem -- -P1 -t -N
If you observe your scans completing too quickly (for example, a scan completes in seconds), it is typically because these flags are required for the processor you are scanning.

So the initial sift was invalid. I've been now running it for hours and am getting much more interesting results.
