figure out timezone about rnexus HOT 2 CLOSED

Some more information (which can also be used as test data) on this issue:

My weather.data file filled by te923con contains the following data:

I'm not that sure that it is a timezone issue, but there is clearly something wrong.
What you also should know is that I experimented with cron a bit, so the values are not all collected on regular intervals (as one would expect using cron). In my case the first few values are collected every hour, then there are some values missing for some hours, later they are collected every 10 minutes (which I now changed to every 20minutes, but this change was made just now, so that should not influence the data above).

I have to admit, this is an issue. Just started with a quick solution I parametrized the x-axis with fixed values: a starting datetime and a fixed step width (1h). The x-values of the line plots are not linked to the values of the x-axis, rather they are numerated. It can be fixed.
