web ui table view doesn't handle rapid resharding very well about rethinkdb HOT 3 CLOSED

@neumino -- once you look at it, could you post an estimate of how long it would take to fix? If it takes longer than a couple of hours, we should probably move it to backlog because it seems less important to me to work on than the-other-feature-we-talked-about (tm).

So what happened under the hood that explains the bug is because of a timeout that we forgot to clear.

• Set replica to 2
• Set replica to 1 before backfilling was complete
• Replicas are all up to date
  => We create a timeout that's going to clear the progress bar in two seconds
• Set replica to 2
  => Restart the progress bar
• The timeout we set remove the progress bar and we are not in a backfilling state anymore

Anyway, I just added some clearTimeout, and now it's working as expected.
