Add support for element name in attribute about restsharp HOT 4 CLOSED

There has been some talk lately for additional serializers that will accept attributes to be included with the current default ones. The current defaults are intended to require as little configuration as possible and I am trying hard to keep attributes from being used with them. However, I'm totally cool with other deserializers being added that make use of attributed properties.

@tbasallo, Im currently working on an implementation of the IDeserializer that uses this exact functionality, Have a look at my fork for details.
But Basically i have a DeserializeAs Attribute and you can put the name of the element in there and call the property whatever you want.

dkarzon implemented this in the XmlAttributeDeserializer. Hopefully he'll update the wiki to show how it works ;)
