Have you made sure the correct VS runtime is installed on the target computer? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#latest-microsoft-visual-c-redistributable-version If you're compiling with a Visual Studio version that requires a newer redistributable than the one Resolume ships with, compiled binaries will fail to work on the target machine

Hi Joris, thanks for the reply. Do you know which redistributable version comes with Resolume from version 7.4.1?
Looking at the Arena Log file, when trying to load the plugin, the following error appears: "Loading plugin failed, Windows error message: LoadLibrary failure. Error: 126 (Cannot find the specified module.)"

Tbh, I'm not sure, but I think it's either 2019 or 2022. You can check which redists are installed via add/remove programs. On Wed, 14 Feb 2024, 21:01 Jose Manuel Bedoya Salazar, < @.> wrote:

I noticed that Resolume uses/installs version 14.2 and I am compiling the project also in version 14.2 but it still doesn't work, I don't understand what is going on.

After researching all day, I realize that the plugin is recognized if you have installed Visual studio with the work package "Desktop Development with C++". Any idea why this is happening?

I had visual studio in debug mode and not in Release mode.
