Feeding the output of [json-encode] with [add $1( into [textfile] or [qlist] like this will not write correct json data, but something like

{id: 1\,name: "my name"\,some_array: [1\, 2\, 3]}
;

I will have a look at the source for [qlist] and try to add [write( and [read( messages to [json-encode] with functionality similar it.

You can now write JSON data to a file. Reading is possible, but the JSON object must be converted to the representation of the data inside the Pd object (Basically a linked list of key / value pairs).
