My current workaround about this to make it less repetitive is to use a functor like this :

module type Config = {
  type field('a);
  type state;
  let set: (state, field('a), 'a) => state;
  let get: (state, field('a)) => 'a;
};

module Make = (StateLenses: Config) => {
  module Form = ReForm.Make(StateLenses);

  module FieldString = {
    [@react.component]
    let make = (~field, ~label) => {
      <Form.Field
        field
        render={({handleChange, error, value, validate}) =>
          <label>
            <span> {React.string(label)} </span>
            <input
              value
              onChange={Helpers.handleChange(handleChange)}
              onBlur={_ => validate()}
            />
            <p> {error->Belt.Option.getWithDefault("")->React.string} </p>
          </label>
        }
      />;
    };
  };
};

Hope it can helps others 😄

Enforces consistence across your codebase without losing flexibility.
We were thinking in creating a form builder library on top of ReForm and that may be a nice structure to start with
