Thanks for reporting, this is reproducible on my local build as well. I don't think this is a bug in RepoBee because it's also happening on versions that previously passed. I'm guessing that it's a race condition between the removal of the groups and the assertion that they're gone.
This also highlights that I should include the GitLab system tests in the weekly test run. I thought they were but apparently they're not.
