i have checked that my token is config in .env.local file,where is the promble?
I guess the format problem, maybe you put '<>' or space in your env file

you need to create your own .env file and paste token there with "REPLICATE_API_TOKEN"

Thanks for the answere! On windows I solved this by adding REPLICATE_API_TOKEN to the environment variables.
