Docker datasource getDigest() is not parsed correctly for gcr.io/google.com/cloudsdktool/cloud-sdk about renovate HOT 2 CLOSED

The Renovate lookup logic passes packageName=gcr.io/google.com/cloudsdktool/cloud-sdk:463.0.0-alpine to getReleases() but packageName=google.com/cloudsdktool/cloud-sdk:463.0.0-alpine to getDigest() and breaks the URL apart further (incorrectly).

Trying to fix this has proven difficult, so I may need to revert the previous change which fixed a different type of edge case raised here: #26161

One existing design problem I see is that we pass the full registryUrls array to getDigest() but it seems to make more sense that we pass the resolved registryUrl instead, at least in the case where it's a non-digest update to a specific tag. However that type of change also probably comes with unexpected side effects.
