Check for .teamocil in current directory about teamocil HOT 4 CLOSED

What would be even more awesome is to add support for multiple paths in TEAMOCIL_PATH. That way you could set it to "./teamocil;~/.teamocil". That’s going at the top of my todo list for this weekend 😄

Truth. That would be nice. I'd still suggest checking the current directory for configuration first (before falling back to home). I wouldn't expect to need to set an env variable for that - only if I wanted to override it.

Checking the current directory for configuration is a convention many other projects (rspec, cucumber, guard, foreman, rake, zeus, etc).

I’m going to close the issue since Teamocil 1.0+ doesn’t support $TEAMOCIL_PATH anymore.
